The Asheville Luxury Cottages Rhododendron Retreat is situated in the West Asheville area, tucked into a private neighborhood, affording safe places for kids to play & explore, adults to take a hike, ride bikes, and for everyone to relax and enjoy the world class attractions of the Asheville area. Roads are paved with easy access, no 4-wheel vehicle needed.
You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour … just about any outdoor activity!
It's a quick ride to downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment. Or a short drive to downtown Hendersonville, with it's many fine restaurants and attractions.
It's a 10 mile (15 minutes) drive to the Asheville Airport.
Accommodations:
The space offers 6 BR and 6 BA (2 x 1BR, 2 x 2BR cottages) each with a hot tub, gas grill and gas fireplace. There are 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 4 queen sleeper sofas. Six bathrooms offer tub/shower combos.
Traveling with a smaller group? Each unit can also be rented separately or in any combination of 1-4 cabins.
Additional Amenities & Features:
Guest amenities include hot tub (4), gas grill (4), gas fireplaces (4), complimentary basket of breakfast items and snacks, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, air conditioning and parking for eight vehicles.

*4 night minimum required for all holidays & special events. There is a 3-night minimum all other times.

$510 Cleaning Fee - Our cleaning fees ensure we provide the highest level of service and cleanliness. We offer a pristine environment for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses many other vacation homes.
Current local tax rate is 13%
$500 refundable security deposit (Held with credit card; NOT charged up front)

Pets: Dogs are welcome. (sorry no cats). Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friends. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per cottage in use with a 2-dog limit per cottage. If multiple dogs are accompanying you, contact us for more information.
A Security camera monitors the entrance door of each cottage and there is one camera on the fire pit. These are for your safety and security. Any signs of tampering or attempts to move or dismantle the devices are a violation of our house rules, which may result in eviction.
