Please read our house rules. These were written to help keep you and our property safe so that you will have the best possible experience. When you make a reservation with Asheville Luxury Cottages, you will receive this information in an email that we ask you to review and agree to.

Check out: 11:00 am
Exceptions can be made to this time if we have the flexibility.
Quiet time: after 10 pm. The property is in a neighborhood, we are respectful of this and ask you to be as well.
Self-check-in with door key code emailed 48 hours prior to arrival. Please check spam or promotions if you don't find it in your email.
Minimum age requirement of person responsible for reservation - 25 years old.
A signed Rental Agreement is required to stay at this property. It will be emailed to you and must be signed prior to receiving the door key code.
A Security Deposit (on Hold) is required when booking one of our cottages; $300 for a single cottage; $500 for booking multiple cottages or the Rhododendron Retreat. Deposits are released 3-5 days after departure.
NO SMOKING: This is a smoke-free property. No use of pipes, tobacco, or any recreational drugs are allowed inside or on the property. Please, no open flames, like candles in your space. This keeps us all safe, Thanks!
NO PARTIES or Events of any kind.
PETS: Dogs are welcome - (sorry no cats) - 2 per booking, with a $100 pet fee per stay. Please let us know you are bringing a dog, the size and breed. You will be sent an email with our Pet Policies. Please review it and return it confirming your agreement to the policy. Please leash, supervise, and pick up after your dog. We have a pet waste station in the grassy common area. Damage, excess dirtiness, and excess pet hair will result in an extra fee for repairs/extra cleaning.
Entrance doors and the fire pit area are monitored by a camera for security. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with camera devices in any way is a violation of our house rules and may subject guest(s) to removal.
Hot tubs are serviced twice weekly and service technicians must have access to the cottage for this maintenance. We appreciate your cooperation with this necessary service. Contact us if you have questions.
Children must be supervised at all times when outside or in hot tubs.
Only adults may create or tend fires in the fire pit.
No breakable glassware or kitchenware in the firepit or outside the cottage/decks. Plastic cups and glasses are available in each cottage kitchen.
Group gatherings with guests staying at the property:
We must have a complete list of all people staying on the property. No outside visitors or other guests without permission.
